Track Your Order
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing tracking information.
Possible Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to peak periods, public holidays, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected 5–8 business days, please allow an additional 3 days (Monday to Friday). If it still has not been delivered after this period, contact us so we can investigate and assist you.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@lunoraliving.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you'll need to follow our return procedure after delivery. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@lunoraliving.com with photos of the issue. Once verified, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
