Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To begin the return process, contact us at support@lunoraliving.com.

Please make sure the items must remain unused, and in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

  • Please contact us first:

    Send an email to support@lunoraliving.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Follow the instructions:

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  • Pack it well:

    Make sure the product is packed well to avoid damage during transportation.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

After we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days.

Exchanges

Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem, you have 30 days after delivery to exchange your items.

Exchange process:

  • Email support@lunoraliving.com including your order number and the replacement item you want.
  • Items must remain unused, and in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Our staff will provide step-by-step guidance to complete your exchange.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@lunoraliving.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you'll need to follow our return procedure after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@lunoraliving.com with photos of the issue. Once verified, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
